Final Sale Policy for Liquidation Events

Final Sale Policy for Liquidation Events - Poké Jeux

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

During liquidation events at Poké Jeux, all purchases are considered final, meaning no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted, except under specific circumstances outlined below.

1. Card Condition Discrepancies

If the condition of the cards received (Near Mint - NM, Lightly Played - LP, Moderately Played - MP, Heavily Played - HP, or Damaged) does not match what the customer expected based on our grading system, the customer must notify us immediately. Cards must be returned for inspection before any potential resolution. This is the only exception where returns may be considered.

2. Incorrect Orders

If an error occurs in fulfilling your order (e.g., wrong cards, wrong quantities), we will take full responsibility. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs at no additional charge or refund for the missing quantities . Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to resolve this issue.

3. No Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments on any items purchased before or after the liquidation sale. Discounts are only valid during the specified promotional period.

4. Authenticity of Products

All cards sold during liquidation events are guaranteed to be 100% authentic and official. However, due to the nature of liquidation events, we do not offer guarantees on product availability or future restocks.

5. Shipping Delays and Responsibilities

Poké Jeux will ensure that all orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. However, during high-volume sales events, shipping delays may occur. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the order has left our facility. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

6. Damage During Transit

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the shipping process. All cards will be securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

7. Final Stock Availability

All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot guarantee that any specific item will be available throughout the entirety of the liquidation event. Once an item is sold out, it will not be restocked during the sale.

8. Payment Disputes

In the event of a payment dispute (e.g., unauthorized chargebacks), Poké Jeux reserves the right to ban customers from future purchases and pursue legal action if necessary.

9. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address and order details are correct before completing the purchase. We will not be responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided at checkout.

By making a purchase during our liquidation sale, you agree to these terms and conditions. Thank you for your understanding and for shopping with Poké Jeux!
